What your personnel receive

Three delivery models, matched to the requirement rather than to what happens to be available. Every placement is furnished, utility-ready, and inspected before your first traveler arrives.

  • Single-family

Whole-home placements for personnel needing privacy, extended stays, or family accommodation. Fully furnished, utilities included, and inspected before occupancy.

  • Multifamily

Apartment and townhome units for teams deploying to one location. Consistent specification across every unit, so no traveler gets a lesser standard.

  • Hotel block

Negotiated room blocks for short-duration or large-group requirements, held at or below the prevailing per diem ceiling for the destination.

Engagements of any size are handled through a structured sourcing process and a network of vetted local property partners. Capacity scales with the requirement rather than depending on a large in-house team, so a hundred-person placement follows the same accountable process as a single unit.

Nationwide capability.

We source, structure, and manage housing solutions in any market through a network of vetted local property partners — so a requirement outside our home region is a routine engagement, not an exception.

  • Any CONUS market, sourced to the requirement
  • Vetted local property partner on every engagement
  • Pricing held at or below the destination per diem

How an engagement runs

Four steps, in order. The numbering is the sequence, not decoration — each stage has a deliverable you can hold us to.

  1. Scope reviewed

We read the requirement in full — location, headcount, duration, per diem ceiling, and any special provisions — and confirm we can meet it before responding.

  2. Proposal submitted

A written response with unit specifications, pricing against the applicable per diem rate, and availability dates, delivered inside your response window.

  3. Housing secured

Units are contracted, furnished, and inspected to the agreed specification ahead of the arrival date, with documentation provided for your file.

  4. Ongoing support

A local property partner manages day-to-day operations for the duration of the stay, so you always have a responsive point of contact on the ground.

Meet the founder

David Stone is the founder of Alot Of Rentals LLC, a subsidiary of Alot Of Land LLC. Licensed in real estate at 19, he went on to sell over $60 million in new-construction homes before building his own company sourcing and developing land across Arizona, Tennessee, and Arkansas. Before real estate, he spent years producing films — assembling large crews, coordinating vendors, and delivering complex projects on schedule and under budget, a discipline that carries directly into managing multiple moving parts, meeting hard deadlines, and being fully accountable to the agencies we serve.
